How to crop a PDF
Keep exactly the part of each PDF page that you need while leaving the original file unchanged. Everything happens in your browser, and no account is required.

Open your PDF
Choose a PDF file from your device or drag it into the preview area. Use the page controls below the preview to move through a multi-page document.

Choose a crop size
Select Custom Drawn Rectangle for a free-size crop, or choose a preset output size for a shipping label or other fixed format.

Mark the area to keep
Drag across the page preview to draw a selection around the content you want. Only the area inside the selection will appear on the cropped page.

Fine-tune the selection
Drag the selection to move it, or use its handles to resize it. Choose Clear selection if you want to draw the crop area again.

Choose which pages to save
Reuse the same selection box on every page when appropriate. Then choose whether to save the shown page, pages with selections, or all pages while keeping unselected pages unchanged.

Create and download the cropped PDF
Choose Crop PDF to create the result locally. Review the status, then choose Download PDF to save the new file.

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?
No. Ship Toolkit processes PDFs locally with JavaScript in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to Ship Toolkit.
Will a PDF tool change my original file?
No. The tool creates a new file for you to download. The original PDF on your device is not overwritten.
Which PDF files may not work?
Password-protected, encrypted, damaged, or unusually complex PDFs may not open or process correctly. Very large files may exceed your device's available memory.
Which browsers are supported?
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. JavaScript must be enabled, and older browsers may not support every feature.
Can I use the PDF tools on a phone or tablet?
Yes, but detailed editing is easier on a larger screen. Performance and maximum file size depend on the memory available on your device.
Why does a large PDF take longer to process?
Processing happens on your device. PDFs with many pages, high-resolution images, or complex content require more memory and processing time.
