You may use Ship Toolkit through the public website for ordinary shipping, label, and document preparation workflows. You may share links to Ship Toolkit pages and generated URLs that prefill tool inputs.
Ownership and copyright
Ship Toolkit, including its original text, page designs, workflows, source code, generated templates, and tool implementations, is owned by Element Express, Inc. and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
No permission to copy or clone
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, host, publish, reverse engineer for the purpose of cloning, or create a competing service from Ship Toolkit or its source code without prior written permission from Element Express, Inc.
Third-party software
Ship Toolkit includes third-party libraries that remain licensed by their respective owners under their own open source or commercial license terms. Those third-party license notices are not replaced by these terms.
No warranty
Ship Toolkit is provided as a convenience and may contain errors or limitations. Packing estimates, label output, document output, and other results are provided as guidance only. You are responsible for verifying results before using them for shipping, compliance, purchasing, or business decisions.
